Terms of Service
By accessing aggrometer.com, the Aggrometer API, MCP server, or any Aggrometer listing (together, the "Service"), you agree to these terms.
The service
Aggrometer provides aggregated statistics, derived metrics, and estimates about video games, compiled from publicly available platform interfaces. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Valve, Twitch, or any game publisher. Underlying platform data remains subject to those platforms' terms.
As-is; no warranty
THE SERVICE AND ALL DATA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Figures are estimates and derived metrics, not official platform numbers, and may be revised, delayed, or discontinued at any time.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR DECISIONS (HUMAN OR AUTOMATED) MADE IN RELIANCE ON THE DATA.
Acceptable use
- One API key per customer unless agreed otherwise; keys may not be shared or resold.
- No attempts to circumvent quotas, credits, or authentication.
- No use of the Service to violate the upstream platforms' terms or applicable law.
- We may throttle, suspend, or revoke keys for abuse, non-payment, chargebacks, or upstream compliance requirements.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel anytime via the billing portal link on this site or by emailing support@aggrometer.com; cancellation stops future charges and deactivates the associated key at period end. See the refund policy. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be dated here. Continued use after changes is acceptance.
