Refund Policy

Subscriptions (Basic, Pro)

Full refund of your first charge if requested within 14 days of purchase — email support@aggrometer.com from your checkout email. Renewal charges are refundable within 7 days of the renewal if the key saw no usage in that period. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately.

Prepaid credits

Credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase for the unused balance (pro-rated at the pack rate). Used credits are non-refundable.

How

Email support@aggrometer.com with your Stripe receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5-10 business days.
