Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Customers: the email address and Stripe customer id created at checkout (processed by Stripe), your API key identifier (we store only a hash of the key itself), and per-key daily usage counts for quota enforcement and billing.
- Site visitors: we run no analytics, set no tracking cookies, and store no visitor profiles. Standard server logs at our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) may include IP addresses for security and abuse prevention. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP when they are fetched.
- Third-party public data: our datasets include publicly visible gaming identifiers such as channel and streamer names from platform interfaces. To request removal of an identifier that refers to you, email support@aggrometer.com.
Where data lives
Data is stored with Cloudflare (a US company) on its global network, with primary jurisdiction in the United States. Payment data is held by Stripe; we never see card numbers.
What we don't do
We do not sell customer personal information, run ads, or share customer data with third parties except processors (Stripe, Cloudflare) needed to run the Service.
Your choices
Email support@aggrometer.com to access, correct, or delete your customer data, or to remove a public identifier from our outputs. Cancelling your plan stops all further collection tied to your key.
